The user acknowledges and understands that the Municipality of Ferrara’s Gallerie d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea are the owners and holders of the relative rights to consultation and use of the Portal and its contents.
The visualisation and any use of the contents published in the Portal imply the acceptance of the present legal terms and the conditions of the license by which the contents are published. The texts published in the “Archive” section of the portal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution - Share Alike (full text), unless otherwise specified. They are therefore freely distributable, modifiable and reusable – including for commercial purposes – provided that the source is always cited as indicated in the credits of the entries and – where possible – the web address of the original page is given and that they are redistributed under the same CC BY-SA licence. However, any use of the images and contents of the Portal that may in any way damage the name and/or reputation of the subjects portrayed therein or quoted, or of the author and/or of the Portal itself and of the subjects that manage and implement it is forbidden.
All images and digital reproductions of documents are protected under the current legislation concerning copyright and cannot be used in any way without the authorisation of the copyright holder.
Any products or trademarks shown are the property of their legitimate owners and cannot therefore be used, copied, distributed or reused unless expressly authorised in writing.
The Portal “Michelangelo Antonioni Archive”, as well as the operators and managers of the same, within the limits of the law, cannot be held in any way responsible for damages of any nature arising directly or indirectly from access to the Portal, from the inability or impossibility to access it, from reliance on the information contained in it or from its use.
The parties operating the Portal will enter the information to be as up to date as possible, but do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. In particular – with regard to the contents of the regulatory texts – it provides such contents only for informative purposes and they do not therefore constitute a source of law. Hence users are recommended, where appropriate, to consult the official sources.
The subjects operating and managing the Portal reserve the right to modify the contents of this page at any time and without prior notice. Links to external sites are provided purely as a service to users, with the exclusion of any responsibility for the correctness and completeness of the set of links provided.
The indication of the links does not imply on the part of the Portal any type of approval or sharing of responsibility in relation to the completeness and correctness of the information contained in the sites indicated.
